Check this out. Bank of America will give you $50 when you open a new checking account with them. The minimum to open is $100. I know plenty of people that hate BOA. I've never banked with them myself but just recently got a new credit card through them, but hey $50 is $50 so I'm willing to try it out. I won't use it as my main account anyway just as a back up just in case. I'll have to wait until the next time I get paid.
